• Real-time fleet location maps show the precise location of the entire fleet together with numbers of passengers being carried. On the spot service utilisation allows for extra services to be applied as necessary, thereby maximising your service to passengers and your takings.
• Real-time route displays designed for your crew to ensure boats run to schedule. These enable improved service provision and customer experience. Over time, any anomalies between expected and actual operating times can be highlighted, helping you to tune your timetable accordingly and boast ‘better-than-ever’ on-time statistics.
• Safety and arrival messages can be played over the PA system as the vessel approaches a stop. These can reduce staff numbers and cost, while guaranteeing better passenger information and compliance to safety regulations.
• Emergency reporting for local authorities. If required, the passenger and crew load information can be transmitted in real time to the relevant local authorities and, in the case of an emergency, provide both positional information and passenger numbers to the rescue services.

New adverts can be downloaded by each boat, as and when required, without the need to go onboard to make updates. 'Proof of play' audit information can be accessed by both you and your clients to show when and where each advertisement has actually been shown.
